- 1 1⁄2 cups diced tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons dates (do not soak)
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup sun-dried tomato (dry-do not soak)
directions
- Blend everything in the blender except the sun dried tomatoes.
- Add the sun dried tomatoes blend until you get a ketchup consistency.
