  • 2 cups thick oats (old fashioned)
  • 2 cups apple juice or 2 cups cider
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup goji berry
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon organic vanilla yogurt (optional, this makes it not raw)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  2. This can be saved in the fridge for at least 4-5 days.
