Ingredients Nutrition

  • 473.18 ml thick oats (old fashioned)
  • 473.18 ml apple juice or 473.18 ml cider
  • 236.59 ml almonds
  • 236.59 ml goji berry
  • 4.92 ml cinnamon
  • 14.79 ml organic vanilla yogurt (optional, this makes it not raw)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  2. This can be saved in the fridge for at least 4-5 days.
