- 1 lb radish (approx 25)
- 4 garlic scapes (the steams of garlic)
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1 cup water
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sea salt
directions
- Roughly chop radishes and scapes.
- Add cashews and water to blender. Blend until smooth, then add other ingredients and blend until preferred texture.
- Serve with sliced radishes, pita chips or crackers. Make approx 5 cups.
