“I got this recipe from a dear friend 9 years ago. She made it while we were all out camping. It was quick, easy and most of all delicious! I leave out the olives as I don't care for them and sometimes add other items such as green onions. This can be made while the rice and chicken are still warm or wait until they cool. Very versatile! Cooking time takes into account the time to make the rice and cook the chicken.”
