Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6 ounces good-quality chocolate chips, melted
  • 34 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 14 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 13 cup sliced almonds, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese and chocolate and mix until well blended.
  2. Stir in crumbs and preserves and blend well.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in chopped almonds.
  4. Chill several hours.
