Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 -8 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 yellow onion, medium, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a large covered skillet
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly to coat potatoes evenly with spices.
  3. Cover and cook on medium high temp for 10
  4. Uncover, reduce heat to medium low and cook slowly stirring frequently until onion starts to carmelize.
  5. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite eggs and breakfast meat.
