  1. Love spinach, love garlic, love lemon. This was pretty good but it seemed to be too much lemon, it was very acidic. I'll play around with the recipe in the future because it has all the good ingredients!

  2. Yum! I liked this a lot, DH, never the lemon lover, not so much, but I LOVED that fact that it was simple and SO low fat... excellent for keeping me on track in the healthier eating plan. Please see my rating system: 4 stars for a super healthy, quick and easy dish that's ideally made for those of us who adore garlic and lemon with our spinach and where cutting down on calories and fat didn't mean cutting down on flavour. Thanks!

  3. Tasty, easy, fresh, low fat... perfect. Thanks for posting.

  4. simply delicious. this dish is a perfect example of just how wonderful the most simple things can be. followed recipe exactly except subbed 1tb olive oil for the 1/2c water and let the garlic get slightly toasted. This is good enough to eat alone and make the meal out of; i will definitly make this again and possibly add some pine nuts or sun dried tomatoes for a complete meal. thanks so much for sharing another great recipe.

I WILL NOT say they are Vegetarian or Vegan any longer due to the database changes. I DO NOT WISH YOU TO RECOMMEND THEM. Consider them as faulty. It's your own fault if you trust them. Don't bother to review. Don't ask me a question. I won't answer. I'm not here anymore. I will NOT warrent any recipe on this site put up by me as correct due to Scripps problems. IF they claim to have fixed it, I still do not warrent any recipe as correct except the ones that I put up personally on the tripod site so use any recipe posted under my name at your own risk. Basic? Lots of luck. Now the ones at chef.philocrates.tripod.com [see De Gustibus Veg*n in link on top], yeah, I will take responsiblity for all of them and the ingredients. I put them up and any errors are all mine. No the door didn't hit me on the ### but the skid marks in the parking lot are mine.
