Really Easy Moist Dark Chocolate Cake

"Your guests will never know it is made from a package, this cake is so easy to put together, it takes only about 5 minutes, there is no creaming any butter or sugar, everything is mixed in just one bowl, and is it just delicious! Can use nuts also in place of chocolate chips, or use three quarters cups each."

  1. I'm addicted to chocolate and I loooovee this cake. Everything, the way it tastes, how easy it is, how you can change it. When I made it I didn't use coffee granules, but instead just used freshly brewed coffee which cooled to room temp IN PLACE OF WATER. First time I made it, I did with chocolate chips as the recipe states, second time I added some walnuts and peanut butter chips in place of the chocolate ones. I've made this at least 3 times and everyone in my house loves it. Definitely a keeper!

  2. Made as written for my niece's birthday, and now her sister and mom want one for each of theirs! Very moist, Very Chocolate, and super simple.

  3. This cake was indeed very delicious and easy! I, too, cooked it in a 9x13 pan. For the chocolate pudding, I used a 4.5 oz package of a brand called Dr. Oetker Organics. I cooked the cake for 45 minutes.

  4. This cake was really good and really easy on a night when I didn't have much time - everyone either had a first big piece or seconds! I found it to be a tad dry but perhaps I over-baked it.

  5. made this for our family reunion, and it was so good that another one was requested for the nextday! Absolutely delicious--very moist. Had it with a simple choc glaze drizzled on top, and also with a dusting of powdered sugar. Excellent both ways!
