  1. Brown and drain ground beef.
  2. add half onion chopped.
  3. add spice packet.
  4. rinse and drain red and black beans,add.
  5. Add can of tomatos.
  6. add garlic minced.
  7. add can black olives.
  8. add corn.
  9. add vegetable stock.
  10. bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer for 30 mins or so. Then add the chopped onion and celery when you are closer to eating so they stay a bit crisp.
  11. garnish with shredded cheese, corn bread, chips, fresh chopped onion, sour cream and cilantro .
