  • 12 (16 ounce) jars roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup butter

  • Remove the red bell peppers from the jar and pat dry.
  • In a food processor, put some or all of the roasted red bell peppers and puree until smooth. Some bits are OK.
  • Add the butter and puree again.
  • Serve with cornbread.
