  • TO MAKE THE CAKE:.
  • Preheat oven to 350*.
  • Beat oil, sugar, and eggs together until well-blended. Add next 4 liquid ingredients, mixing well. Add dry ingredients and beat another 2 minutes.
  • Bake in greased Bundt pan for 25-35 minutes, or until center springs back when lightly touched. (Two 8 inches round cake pans may be used instead of a Bundt pan, if desired, decreasing the baking time by about 5 minutes. Cool completely.
  • TO MAKE THE FROSTING:.
  • Cook flour and milk over medium heat, stirring until thick and smooth.
  • Cool in refrigerator, stirring occasionaly. Meanwhile, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla together. Add cooled milk mixture, beating 10-12 minutes until thick and creamy.
