  • Mix curry paste and oil together.
  • Slather the chicken tenders with the curry paste and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • While the chicken is marinating, soak bamboo skewers in water.
  • Skew marinated chicken, and grill for about three to four minutes on each side.
