- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 2 teaspoons red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon oil
directions
- Mix curry paste and oil together.
- Slather the chicken tenders with the curry paste and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, soak bamboo skewers in water.
- Skew marinated chicken, and grill for about three to four minutes on each side.
