  • In a food processor mix cream cheese, egg, garlic & Parmesan.
  • When well blended add 2/3 of jar of jelly.
  • Place a pan of water in the oven to keep cheesecake moist while baking.
  • Pour mixture into a 6" spring foam pan and bake beside the water at 350F for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
  • Chill for several hours.
  • Remove from pan, cover with rest of the remaining jelly and serve with crackers.
