  • Combine sugar, lemon juice, and sour cream in a medium bowl with a fork.
  • Add radishes, apple, and cucumber.
  • Turn vegetables and fruit in dressing to coat.
  • Season with dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss again.

  1. I have made this several times. I got this recipe from the Food Network; I believe it was a Rachael Ray recipe. It is quite tasty and refreshing!
     
  2. Ingredients sounded like a great combo but the salad overall did nothing for me.It was the only dish at a potluck supper that NO comments were made about!(good or bad??)

I live in a small town in southern Minnesota. I am recently retired, my husband and I had a small liquor store for 9 years. Before that I was a secretary for 20 years. I have 4 grown children and 14 grandchldren. I love to golf but the season is pretty short here. I quit smoking 1 1/2 years ago and now am on the Atkins diet. I'm finally getting healthy!
