  • Cook garlic, onions and bell pepper in sauce pan with butter until soft.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low simmer and cover for 20 minutes stirring only once or twice half way through.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings.

  1. This was pretty good! I made it with pork chops and I really liked the two together. I am not a big fan of canned tomatoes, next time I will dice fresh tomatoes for this. A healthy side dish and thus a winner!
