Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk and extract until smooth; spread onto bottom of pastry shell.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the cornstarch, water and lemon juice until smooth. Mash the strawberries and add to the pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; cool for 15 minutes.
  3. Stir in sugar. Spoon over cream cheese mixture. Top with blueberries. If using frozen blueberries, do not thaw first.
  4. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
