  1. In a vitamix , blend strawberries, water, and honey.
  2. Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture into each popsicle mold.
  3. Freeze popsicles for 40 minutes.
  4. Blend coconut milk and honey.
  5. Remove popsicles from freezer; scoop 1 tablespoon of coconut mixture into each mold, then insert popsicle sticks.
  6. Freeze popsicles for 40 minutes.
  7. Blend blueberries, water, and honey.
  8. Remove popsicles from freezer and scoop 2 tablespoons of blueberry mixture into each popsicle mold.
  9. Freeze popsicles for 1 hour.
  10. Serve.
