Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Prepare pie shell according to directions& cool.
  2. Rinse strawberries and carefully pat dry.
  3. Select 8 "good" strawberries for garnish.
  4. Slice each in half and set aside.
  5. Slice the rest of the strawberries for mixture.
  6. Melt white chocolate squares in microwave until smooth.
  7. Dip strawberry halves in white chocolate and refrigerate until set.
  8. Scrape the rest of the white chocolate over the bottom of the prepared pie crust.
  9. Spread it evenly to coat the entire bottom and sides.
  10. Next layer the sliced strawberries.
  11. Whip cream cheese until smooth.
  12. Gradually beat in milk until well blended.
  13. Add pudding mix and beat until it begins to thicken.
  14. Spread mixture evenly over strawberries.
  15. Arrange blueberries evenly over top of pie filling.
  16. Spoon whipped cream on top of blueberries creating a border, feel free to make this fancy.
  17. Place dipped strawberries on top of whipped cream border.
  18. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  19. Cut, slice and serve.
