ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup oil
- 2⁄3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 garlic clove, minced (garlic salt can be substituted, although it might not taste the same)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper (add more s&p if needed, it really makes a big difference in taste)
directions
- mix all ingredients in a jar w/lid or stir and use quickly and pour over your choice of greens.
- TIP: try with leftover crispy bacon pieces on salad. Not sure why, but this dressin and bacon pieces go well on salad.
