What a wonderful creation!!! Enjoyed by the adults as well as the children in my house. I did make a change, however. Instead of adding the flour and milk to make a gravy, I substituted a can of Cream of Chicken soup, and a can of Cream of Mushroom soup along with the velveeta. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out very tasty!!! Not what I expected from Spam!! Thanks so much for this very comforting casserole!

Even though I haven't been here for a long time, MY recipes aren't up for adoption. :) And don't change any of them either. ;)
