  1. Combine cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in cream, mixing well.
  3. Cook over medium heat until boiling; stir in butter, lemon juice.
  4. Add drained apples and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cool.
  6. Spoon into baked crust, filling 3/4 full.
  7. Make topping; beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
  8. Beat in egg.
  9. Spoon over apple filling.
  10. Sprinkle on coconuts and walnuts.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Topping should be golden brown.
  12. Cool before serving.
