- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 cups English cucumbers, sliced
- 3 tablespoons of fresh mint, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 1 -2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
- 2 mint leaves (to garnish)
directions
- Mix together in a bowl. Garnish with whole mint. Enjoy!
