- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon alfalfa, leaf chopped
- 1 teaspoon watercress leaf, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh peppermint or 1 teaspoon fresh spearmint, chopped
- 1 cup ice
- 2 cups pineapple juice, unsweetened
- 3 drops Angostura bitters (optional)
directions
- Blend herbs and ice at high speed in blender.
- Add juice and blend through.
