  1. YUMMM!!!! BUT I used about to 1/2CUP of each of the parsley, alfalfa, watercress & mint! I think I'll use closer to 1c each next time. ;) It tastes fabulous & it wasn't too thick at all which is why I'll try it with more next time. Delicious!! Thank you - made for Veggie Swap 4/11.
