Directions

  1. Pour boiling water over bran buds and set 15 minutes.
  2. Mix the following ingredients together, add the bran mixture and stir well.
  3. Store in a tupperware bowl with a lid in the refrigerator.
  4. To bake: Grease muffin tins and fill 1/2- 3/4 full.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
