  • Mix all ingredients except for whipped topping.
  • Fold ingredients into the whipped topping.
  • Pour into pie crust.
  • Refrigerate until chilled.

  1. This pie is YUM! Whipping up this pie was easy, peasy. If it wasn't for a weight worry, I'd have 3 helpings. I can see how great it would be served in summer and I bet it would work wonderfully by chilling it in the freezer too which would give it an ice cream feel to cool ya off. A true keeper!   2. Use Grape juice concentrate to substitute for the lemonade. With the grape juice concentrate I call it my "Purple Pie" because the pies color is a wonderful purple.<br/><br/>This recipe was given to me when I was a little girl by my neighbor who was in Weight Watchers and it was one of the recipes they gave to her.<br/><br/>I love it. Will try with the lemonade for a change, but I am sure any frozen juice concentrate will come out yummy!!!
