1 gallon jar
ingredients
- 3 slim cucumbers
- 3 onions (about medium)
- 3 green peppers, cut into strips
- 4 cups sugar
- 4 cups vinegar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1⁄2 cup pickling salt
directions
- Use a 1 gallon jar or other glass container of desirable size. Wash and slice equal amounts of cucumbers and onions into jar. Don’t peel cucs. Add a couple green peppers cut into strips. Combine and pour over the cucs, onions and peppers the sugar, vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed and pickling salt. Refrigerate. No Cooking Required!

I am a stay at home Mom, with 2 boys ages 14 and 7. My oldest is disabled, hense the reason I stay at home. I homeschool my boys. I have had a problem with gluten for the last year. I am also an avid crafter, such as crocheting, embroidery, and knitting. I also love to read and play games on the computer.
