"Jamaicans love their funky annual music festival called Reggae Sunsplash. They also love this, its alcoholic namesake. From "Caribbean Cooking". Please NOTE: The ingredients list 1 T water - this is only because the site will not accept yellow chartreuse liqueur as an ingredient - please do not add the water."

ingredients

2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons strawberry syrup
¹⁄₄ cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons silver label rum
1 tablespoon water (yellow chartreuse)
crushed ice

directions

Stir all ingredients except ice together until uniform in color.
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour drink over ice.
