  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 gallon milk, all others curdle (i use 2 percent)
  • 1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (i use american, you could use any kind or combination)

Directions

  1. Place butter in a dutch oven, melt, add flour, whisk together. slowly add milk, whisking until no longer lumpy. add potatoes, and cheese, cook until potatoes are cooked, and cheese is melted!
