Directions

  1. To create sauce mix together vinegar, ketchup, sugar, tabasco sauce in a sauce pan until warmed through and mixed.
  2. To create batter for chicken mix together flour, water, cornstarch, vegetable oil, baking soda and salt in a medium sized mixing bowl.
  3. Cut chicken breasts into chunks and drop into batter to coat. Deep fry coated chicken at 350 degrees until golden brown.
  4. Serve chicken with jasmine rice and warm sauce.
