Reuben Casserole
"I have made this a few times, i am not a big fan, but everyone who loves reubons says it is wonderful. I am just not a big fan of corned beef."

ingredients
- 11 ounces sauerkraut (drained)
- 2 tomatoes (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons thousand island dressing
- 2 (4 ounce) packages corned beef, diced
- 8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
- 1 cup rye crackers (crushed)
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
directions
- In 9x13 pan,spread layer of sauerkraut, topwith tomatoes,dot with dressing.
- Cover with corned beef,and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Mix crumbs with butter and sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 425 for 20-25 min.

I am married,mother of 5 and grandmother of 5.I work full time in the restuarant field.
My parents used to own a bakery so i was exposed to baking/cooking at a early age.
