Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (10 ounce) package prepared pizza crust
  • 3 ounces sliced pastrami
  • 2 tablespoons Russian salad dressing
  • 12 cup drained sauerkraut
  • 3 ounces shredded swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Unroll dough and cover with the pastrami, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
  2. Spread dressing over the meat.
  3. Top with sauerkraut& cheese.
  4. Beginning with the long edge, roll up jelly-roll fashion.
  5. Pinch the seam to seal and tuck under edges.
  6. Place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden.
  8. Cut into quarters.
