Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 beef roast, 3-4 lb. (beef tip roast is most tender)
  • 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix (I use Mr. Grass)
  • 1 ounce au jus mix
  • 1 ounce brown gravy mix
  • 14 cup onion, chopped
  • 5 -6 teaspoons beef bouillon granules

Directions

  1. put roast in crock pot.
  2. sprinkle all ingredients on and around meat.
  3. almost cover with water.
  4. cook on low 9 to 10 hours, depending on size of roast.
  5. start checking meat at 9 hours for tenderness.
