- Cut cold butter with (1st) flour & powdered sugar until crumbly.
- Press dough into 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
- While crust is baking prepare filling.
- Beat eggs, then add sugar, (2nd) flour, & salt.
- Gently stir in rhubarb; spoon filling gently over hot crust.
- Bake an additional 35 minutes.
