  1. Great flavor,I used a food processor for the base and topping and cut the rhubarb with kitchen scissors. This makes it a quick dessert to make. Good with Strawberry Ice cream.

  2. I made this yesterday so easy to make I used my food processor to make the base and to cut up the Rhubarb and to mix up the topping. I don't have a 9x9 pan. I used a 8x8 pan and cooked it 5 min. more. Boy it came out so good, it went so fast everyone liked it. I was told I need to make more. I served it with fresh whipped cream. Thanks
