- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 cups rhubarb, cut up

Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
directions
- Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and milk together. Add Rhubarb. Stir and pour into 9" square pan (lightly greased).
- Mix topping together and pour over top.
- Bake 350F 45-50 minutes.
