  • Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and milk together. Add Rhubarb. Stir and pour into 9" square pan (lightly greased).
  • Mix topping together and pour over top.
  • Bake 350F 45-50 minutes.

  3. This was awesome. I really didn't expect it to be; no fat to speak of, high ratio of sugar to rhubarb and very few ingredients. Well it's tastes out-of-this-world, it's ready to slide into the oven in under ten minutes AND it's very appealing to look at. Awesome.
