- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Remove membrane from underside of ribs. Apply Roady’s Rib Rub and rub into ribs. Wrap rubs in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Ribs are best if refrigerated over night. Enough rub for two slabs of ribs.
