- 2 cups long-grain rice, uncooked
- 3 cups water
directions
- Put rice and water in a deep saucepan. Do not cover. Bring water to a boil over high heat. Turn down to medium heat and cook rice for 10 minutes. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until all water has been absorbed.
