Rice and Stuffing Bake

  • Pre-make your cream of mushroom soup in a medium bowl with 1 cup water.
  • In a medium sauce pan melt butter till bubbly.
  • Add onion and cook for about one minute or until tender and clear.
  • Add rice and stir and cook for approximately two minutes.
  • Add two cups cream of mushroom soup.
  • Add chicken bouillon cube.
  • Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low cover and cook for up to 15 min, stir after 10 to check for doneness
  • In a medium sauce pan cook your chicken stuffing according to package directions.
  • In a one quart casserole or baking dish combine your mushroom rice and stuffing.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Cover lightly and bake at 400 for 20 min or until bubbly.

I am from Canada, and no, there are no igloos where I am from, as soon as the snow hits the ground, it turns into slush :) I love to cook, its a big hobby of mine, I tried to take up culinary arts but found that my passion is only contained to my kitchen and my imagination, however I did learn a few tricks :) I love any cook book. But my new all time fav is recipe zaar, WHAT ISNT delisious in here. I go to school, for child psychology and dream interpretations, two other passions of mine.
