Rice Case for Quiches or Pies (Gluten-Free)

1 pie shell
ingredients
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1⁄2 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 1⁄4 cup fresh herb, chopped
- 1 egg
directions
- Combine all and pat over the base and sides of a lightly greased pie dish.
- Bake at 210 C for 15 minutes.
- Fill with your favourite fillings and bake as usual.
