  • 2 cups rice, cooked
  • 12 cup tasty cheese, grated
  • 14 cup fresh herb, chopped
  • 1 egg

directions

  • Combine all and pat over the base and sides of a lightly greased pie dish.
  • Bake at 210 C for 15 minutes.
  • Fill with your favourite fillings and bake as usual.
