ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups long grain white rice, rinsed
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1⁄4 cup onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 2 tilapia fillets
directions
- Rinse rice till water runs clean. Sauté onions in butter or oil.
- Place all ingredients in rice cooker with fish on top.
- Cook on regular setting.
