  • Cook rice as indicated on package. Peel carrots and turnip cabbage and finely grate both vegetables.
  • Mix cooked rice, flour, eggs with grated carrots and turnip cabbage. Taste with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in skillet and fry the mixture in shape of cookies on both side until they are golden and crispy.
  • Mix cream cheese with garlic and/or herbs for more taste. Serve hot rice cookies with cream cheese and besprinkle the plate with some sunflower seeds.
