- 250 g rice
- 2 carrots
- 1 turnip cabbage
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups cream cheese

- sunflower seeds
directions
- Cook rice as indicated on package. Peel carrots and turnip cabbage and finely grate both vegetables.
- Mix cooked rice, flour, eggs with grated carrots and turnip cabbage. Taste with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in skillet and fry the mixture in shape of cookies on both side until they are golden and crispy.
- Mix cream cheese with garlic and/or herbs for more taste. Serve hot rice cookies with cream cheese and besprinkle the plate with some sunflower seeds.
