Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups uncooked quick-cooking rice
  • 28 ounces your favorite pasta sauce (Prego with mushrooms is my favorite for this)
  • 2 -3 dashes parmesan cheese
  • Full Meal
  • 1 lb ground beef, browned and crumbled
  • 1 large onion, sauteed, Add to the above and mix well. You might also like to add some sliced black olives

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. When rice is done mix in the Pasta Sauce and stir to completely coat all the rice.
  2. Place rice mixture in an 8x8 sprayed baking pan.
  3. Shake some Parmesan cheese over the top of the mixture. More or less to taste.
  4. (I like to shake on a little Italian seasoning on top of the Parmesan but this is not necessary).
  5. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese just starts to brown on the top. (Be careful not to burn the cheese it ruins the taste of the whole dish.).
  6. Serve hot as a dish dish.
