- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 chopped celery
- 2 cups water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
directions
- Put first 5 ingredients into sauce pan. Cook covered until tender (aprox 15 mins.).
- mix soup, broccoli and cheese together. Add rice mixture. Stir. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Cover. Bake 350 F oven for 40 - 50 minutes.
