RECIPE SUBMITTED BY

I like to cook quick, simple meals. I like things like stew and meatloaf when it is cold in the winter. I have two daughters, one of whom is now attending university in a town about a half hour from Toronto; the other one is younger and still in high school. My husband is now retired, but really does not like to cook. I still work full time.
