Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (23 ounce) package fudge brownie mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 12 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • food coloring, green (optional)
  • FROSTING INGREDIENTS
  • 14 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 34 cups powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package.
  2. Spread into well greased 13x9 inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  4. Beat cheese until fluffy.
  5. Gradually beat in milk until smooth.
  6. Add eggs, extract and food coloring.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Pour evenly over baked brownies.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  10. Cool.
  11. Spread frosting.
  12. FOR FROSTING: Mix cocoa, butter and milk in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  13. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar.
  14. Mix well.
  15. While frosting is warm spread on brownies.
  16. Store brownies covered in refrigerator.
