  • Brown the ground beef, drain and set aside.
  • Heat some oil in the pot and add the vegetation, cook for about 10 minutes until softened a bit.
  • Add the meat.
  • Add the canned tomatos the beans and tomato paste and water.
  • Add the spices.
  • Mix well and simmer for about 45 minutes. If it gets too thick, add more water.
