  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Cut butter up and drop into a food processor with the sugar.
  3. Process to combine.
  4. Add the eggs, flour, cocoa and baking powder.
  5. Process combining mixture well.
  6. On greased oven tray, press the mixture out to a 35x 30cm rectangle.
  7. Combine the condensed milk, coconut and chocolate chips; spread over dough.
  8. Bake 34-40 minutes, then cut into squares/bars.
