  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in dutch oven.
  2. Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Toss lamb in flour mixture.
  4. Brown over med-high and set aside.
  5. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and saute onion, garlic and ginger over med. for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in curry through salt.
  7. Add lamb and golden raisins.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Lower heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
