  • Put HALF of all ingredients in a blender and blend till well mixed.
  • Scrape sides with a spatula if necessary.
  • Test for sweetness and thickness and add condensed milk/water to achieve the a sweeter and thinner drink if you prefer.
  • Repeat with the second half.

  1. This was a nice sweet treat! Instead of the water I used a few ice cubes to cool it down and vanilla yogurt vs plain as that is what I had on hand. The condensed milk makes this really creamy and sweet. I didn't add any additional sugar. I can't wait until mangoes go on sale again :) Made for PAC Spring 2011.
